These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CVRadar website and tools at getcvradar.com ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CVRadar is an automated tool that analyzes resume text and returns a score and feedback intended to help you optimize your resume for applicant tracking systems (ATS). The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

2. No guarantee of results

CVRadar does not guarantee any employment outcome, interview, or hiring decision. The scores, suggestions and rewrites are automated guidance, not professional career, legal, or recruitment advice. You are solely responsible for the final content of your resume.

3. Free scan and paid Full Report

The free scan provides an ATS score, a category breakdown, and a selection of top issues at no cost. The "Full Report" is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks the complete analysis. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Access to the Full Report is delivered instantly and electronically upon successful payment.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc. ("Gumroad"), who acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases made through the Service. Gumroad handles billing, payment processing, license-key delivery, and the calculation of any applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's buyer terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with resume content you own or are authorized to use. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or resell access to it.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, text, and software are owned by CVRadar and protected by applicable law. The resume content you submit remains yours; the report we generate is provided for your personal use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CVRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Full Report.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
